What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is a durable finishing process where a dry powder is electrostatically applied to a surface and then cured under heat. It creates a smooth, protective, and long-lasting finish that resists chipping, scratching, and fading.

What Material(s) can be powder coated?

Most metals can be powder coated, including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, galvanized metal, and some automotive parts. Non-metallic materials generally cannot be powder coated unless they can withstand the curing temperatures.

Yes. Powder coat finishes are UV and weather-resistant, making them ideal for outdoor furniture, railings, stairs, automotive parts, and more.

How long does the powder coating process take?

Typical turnaround time is 3–7 days, depending on project size, prep requirements, and curing times. Rush jobs may be available upon request.
